01White-label Webflow development
Webflow production under your agency’s name
I build Webflow sites for design and marketing agencies as a white-label subcontractor, a silent production partner. You keep the client, the relationship and the credit. I take the build off your team’s plate and hand it back clean.
- Model
- White-label or collaborative
- Typical scope
- 5-7 page marketing sites
- to multi-collection CMS builds
- Turnaround
- 1-2 weeks from finalized handoff
- Based in
- Belgrade, Serbia (CET)
02How I plug into
your team
Four things you can count on
- 01
Frictionless handoff
You send finalized Figma or Relume files. I build them in Webflow with strict naming conventions, Client-First, Lumos or whatever your team already uses, so the class structure that lands in your workspace looks like your own developer wrote it. No renaming pass, no untangling someone else's system before the next edit.
- 02
Complex problem solving
CMS architecture and migrations, Finsweet Attributes, custom JavaScript and GSAP, third-party integrations. These are the parts that usually stall a build, and they are the parts I take on most often. If Webflow cannot do it natively, I write the code that can.
- 03
No status-chasing
I work from the brief, flag problems early and send Loom walkthroughs at each milestone. You never have to chase a status update, and your project manager does not need to run a second project just to keep mine moving.
- 04
White-label or collaborative
Default is invisible: I never contact your client, and nothing I build carries my name. If it helps, I can also join calls under your brand and walk the client through the build myself. Your call, and it can change per project.
03What a build looks like
From call to handover
The same six steps run on every project, whether it is a five-page marketing site or a CMS build with ten collection templates. Larger scopes stretch the middle, never skip the ends.
- 0115 minutes
Intro call
You walk me through the project, the deadline and how involved you want to be. If it is not a fit, I say so on the call rather than sending a padded quote.
- 021-2 days
Scope and estimate
I come back with a fixed scope, a price and dated milestones. Anything I think will cause trouble later, unclear states, missing breakpoints, CMS fields that will not scale, gets raised here rather than mid-build.
- 03Day 0
Handoff
You send finalized designs, content, brand assets and Webflow access. I confirm the naming convention and the CMS structure before I build anything.
- 041-2 weeks typical
Build
Desktop first, then every breakpoint. You get a Loom walkthrough at each milestone with a staging link, so feedback arrives while it is still cheap to act on.
- 052 rounds included
Review
You or your client collect feedback in one pass. I work through it, then send a short video confirming what changed and why anything was pushed back.
- 06Day of launch
Launch and handover
I publish, check the live site across breakpoints, and hand over a short document covering the CMS structure, any custom code and how your team adds the next page without needing me.
04The exchange
What I need. What you get
You send
- Finalized Figma or Relume files, with every state and breakpoint you care about
- Final copy and images, or a clear note on what is still placeholder
- Brand assets: fonts, logo files, colour values
- Webflow workspace access, or a note to build in mine and transfer
- Your naming convention, if it is not Client-First or Lumos
You get back
- A clean, semantic Webflow build with consistent, documented classes
- CMS collections structured so the client adds entries without touching layout
- Every breakpoint tuned, not just scaled down from desktop
- Custom interactions and code, commented where it is not obvious
- A Loom walkthrough and a short handover doc your team can work from
05Engagement models
Silent partner
The default. I never appear to your client. You brief me, I build, you present it as your team's work.
Client-facing
I join calls under your brand and walk the client through the technical side, which helps on complex CMS or integration work.
Reserved capacity
A standing arrangement for agencies with steady volume: reserved capacity each month instead of quoting project by project.
All three run under your NDA if you have one. If you do not, I am happy to sign a mutual one before scope is discussed in detail.
06Before you send it
Contract and logistics
Fixed price per project, quoted after the intro call and split across dated milestones. You know the number before anything starts, and it does not move unless the scope does, in which case I re-quote the difference rather than quietly billing it.
You do, or your client does, whichever you prefer. I can build inside your workspace from day one, or build in mine and transfer the project on launch at no cost. I never hold a site hostage as leverage.
Two review rounds are included before launch. After that, small edits are usually quick and quoted hourly, or we set up a monthly retainer if your client is likely to keep iterating. Either way it stays a line item you can mark up.
Yes, and I prefer it. Working where your team already tracks things beats a separate email thread. Add me as a guest and I will follow whatever conventions you already use for tickets and status.
You get told immediately, with a revised date, not silence. In practice this is rare and I scope with buffer for it. For agencies running continuous volume, the ongoing arrangement reserves capacity so a single busy week never becomes your problem.

project
Send me the build you dread
Fifteen minutes is enough to tell whether this is a fit. Bring the deadline and the Figma file, and I’ll tell you straight whether I can hit it.
